Fitness Programs

Fit Woman

A fitness program is a schedule of workouts you complete on a weekly basis. Any time, any place. It includes your exercises along with set & rep counts, rest time and video demonstrations for that extra dose of personalized instruction. Check-ins are a part of every program to help keep you accountable, to assess your fitness journey and to make adjustments as needed. Programming is a great option for everyone, especially those who are familiar with working out but just need some direction. I am and will always be accessible to you for whatever your program calls for. I want you to succeed!

Fit Man

MEMBER

$30 - $50 per month.

The Member Program is customized for either the gym or at-home training. Choose between 3, 4 or 5 days a week of workouts. Monthly check-ins via email.

Fit Man with Skipping Rope

PRO

$100 per month.

The (PRO)gram is fully customized for your goals and needs. Video check-ins are monthly to assess your progress and make any adjustments. This program begins with a video consultation to determine your goals and fitness level.

Practicing at Home

ELITE

$200 per month.

​

An Elite Program is fully customized for your goals and needs. Video check-ins are weekly and include nutritional support and lifestyle coaching. This program begins with a video consultation to determine your goals and fitness level.
