The Member Program is a well-balanced & customized 4-week program that can be set up for either at-home training or the gym. Price varies based on number of workouts.
Choose between 3, 4 or 5 day splits. You can also choose between a gym-based program or at-home training.
Access to the App
The My Pt Hub app delivers your program with the desired number of workouts along with video demos. The app tracks your progress and can also be linked to your Apple Watch for optimal integration.
Monthly Check-Ins
The Member Program also includes monthly check-ins via email to help assess your progress and make any adjustments.
